The Sundre Pioneer Village Museum is located at 130 Centre Street South in Sundre. The hours of operation are 10 to 4:30 Wednesday to Saturday, and 12 to 4:30 Sunday, from the May long weekend to Labour Day; all other times by appointment. The museum is run privately and there is no admission fee, though donations are gratefully accepted.
The collection at the museum includes historic buildings, farm equipment and artifacts used by local pioneers. There is a display of how taxidermy was performed from 1900 to 1950, and there are handicraft demonstrations.
The Sundre Pioneer Village Museum does not currently offer specific education program; however, tours are always available for students. Contact the museum for further information.
