The Wetaskiwin and District Heritage Museum is located in an historic building and offers three floors of local history exhibits. Featured are a War Exhibit, Early Businesses,Immigration and Women of Aspenland. The Children's Museum, which encourages interactive play, depicts early pioneer life, including an old school room, pioneer rooms and farmyard.
Guided tours and special events are offered throughout the year.
The Museum presents several educational programs and will develop tours or specific activities by request and with advance notice. Research material in a non-circulating library and a Genealogicial Resource centre are available and are free of charge.
