Leitch Collieries

Relax, take a stroll through the picturesque stone ruins, and explore the story of Canadian coal mining entrepreneurs. Investigate the remains of the power house, washery and mine manager’s house as your imagination, interpretive displays and listening posts bring them to life. Interpreters are on site from June to September to guide tours or answer questions about this early 20th-century mining company.
